Greg Woszczalski (Director)
For the past 15 years Greg has worked across many business sectors structuring and implementing cash flow solutions, consulting to directors and consulting on company restructure. Greg co-founded 180 Group in 2003 and it developed into a leading diversified lender to the SME market. In 2015 Greg successfully divested his equity in 180 Group, one of Australia’s largest non-bank debtor finance companies with over $300m of receivables under management, to the FSA Group a public company trading on the Australian Securities Exchange. Prior to 180 Group Greg was at Merrill Lynch where he specialised in institutional debt and derivatives trading, working closely with the debt capital markets team and reporting to Merrill Lynch globally on debt market transactions and flows.

Lloyd Guy (Head of Sales)
Lloyd Guy has worked with importers and exporters for more than 30 years assisting with growth plans for companies. For 10 of those years he was President of Export New Zealand Ltd.
Lloyd’s experience has enabled him to travel with clients to overseas markets over many years to help negotiate contracts between buyers and sellers. Lloyd has had experience working out of New Zealand, Australia and South East Asia at several senior leadership roles.
Lloyds passion is assisting importers and exporters, from smaller SME’s to the large Corporates, on current arrangements and to grow their business in a sustainable robust way.
